Let’s tell you how we’ve worked with one of our clients, Citizens Advice.
- Service Design – we helped design a new user journey and design different service offerings.
- Training – we’ve designed new learning materials which have increased the amount, methods, effectiveness and diversity of the training that their volunteer’s have received.
- Project Management – we’ve combined our expert knowledge and our project management skills to lead a number of service improvement projects. These skills allow the client to see quick and effective results requiring fewer resources from operational teams.
- Consultation and Review – as an independent improvement organisation we have been able to stand back and review existing processes and provide recommendations for change that will improve the service for victims.
- Advice – we have been able to provide advice on upcoming topics such as GDPR and the impact on victims and witnesses.
We help our clients be the best they can be. In the time we have worked with Citizens Advice they have achieved:
- Delivering new services for witnesses – including outreach, pre-trial visits by phone, web chat.
- Improved the quality of support – improved needs assessment, increase in onward referrals offering more comprehensive support to victims and witnesses.
- Reaching out to more people – increased number of referrals to the service.
- Increased knowledge and skills – new packages of training including FGM, road death, gangs, fraud and many more.
